The Twelve Gifts of Christmas.

Gift #12: The Gifts that Endure.

This is the last post for the twelve gifts of Christmas. Tomorrow is the day and all too soon it will be over with nothing but the tinsel, the wrapping paper, the gifts and the memories; until next time. Don’t you find life is a bit like that? You look forward to events which hold promise of wonder filled joy and all too soon they have moved from the future into the past. This is why we need to make memories and regard them as treasure into which we can dip time and time again and savour some of that same joy.

For tomorrow and for each and every day I wish you all the gifts of Christmas and may they become habits of living which abide with you and endure because life itself is a celebration and God’s good gifts are for every day.
