Graham Wayne Thomas, better known a G Wayne Thomas was born in New Zealand but moved to Australia in 1968. Again there is much which can be read about Thomas and his successful career in music and creative arts on the www. So it is not my intention to repeat his life story. I mention G Wayne Thomas for his 1972 hit There’s no Formula for Happiness because it is another of those songs with lyrics that are poetic, profound and timeless. These lyrics have become more meaningful to me as life has progressed and I share them with you to ponder over like a piece of precious poetry which carries a message of sage advice.

There is such truth in the above lyrics because in fact there is no formula for happiness; it is one of those elusive qualities that the more folks search for it, the more it seems to be just out of reach. But a basic requirement for happiness is an open heart and the sheer courage to show, speak and share love.
